I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my hair other than colour and a cut, but Michelle suggested highlights as well, and she explained all about the colour and shading. She took her time with me and my hair came out absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend her!

Fatima took the time to listen to what I wanted and the cut and highlights turned out great. The colour was lighter than I expected but I was still pleasantly pleased. Also, she doesn’t yap the entire time which some people may like but I prefer minimal conversation which she respected.

It was my first visit to Backstage Hair Salon and an exceptional experience. My appointment was with Hannah-Kathleen for a haircut and full-highlights. I truly have not enough praising words for Hannah-Kath regarding her skills and amazing talent, extensive experience, ability to vision what style and color would suit best, patience and also a warm and pleasant personality. Neelofar has done three of my daughter’s hair. Every one turned out amazing. She gave a great cut to curly hair, amazing layers to straight thick hair and the blonde highlights looked phenomenal! Highly recommend!

Neelofar was very professional, she gave me a free consultation on my hair style and color needs. She put all my concerns to rest. This was my first visit at Backstage salon and it made me very anxious but Neelofar was very warm and heard all my concers& now they have a customer for life. The salon is very clean and inviting and they offerd me tea / coffee which took their service to the next level. Neelofar is very knowledgeable colorist and hair stylist , I highly recommend her.

The booking over the phone was quick and easy. Fong was very knowledgeable and explained how she can correct the highlights color that I had done somewhere else.

I’ve been going to Total Image since moving the Oakville in 1992. The service has always been excellent and I cannot say enough good things about my stylist Jade! She is absolutely amazing and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone - particularly if you want highlights or colour!
