Elaine was wonderful! She made sure she knew exactly what my daughter wanted before she began, highlighting her brown hair with red exactly like the photo Lily showed her. The salon staff were all very friendly and they let me sit on the break room couch. We were there during a heat wave but the salon stayed very cool.

My first experience getting braids went very well. The vibes were vibing @ the studio and Amanda was great. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery of my hair, which delayed the start of my appointment, however, the staff was very apologetic and accommodating so that made the extra wait bearable. Amanda was very knowledgeable, fast and extremely helpful ready to answer all my questions without judgement. Definitely got me feeling like a whole baddie lol will certainly recommend and will be coming back

It feels healthy and the products and uses don’t make my hair feel heavy or dull. The final touch is the curls she does when she blowdrys my hair!! Jay did a wonderful job!!!! We spoke about it and consulted about what I wanted for a few days before my actual appointment. I sent her pictures, she sent me back pictures and explained why she wouldn’t choose this color palette, (the one I originally picked), BUT instead, she would choose this color because it would actually blend or fade better into what I was actually looking for. My hair didn’t come out at the bottom as copper-ish as we were hoping, but instead it came out more of a “dusty more subtle looking rose gold” color! We were so pleased with it!! It’s fantastic and I love it!!!!
