This was my first time having a head spa with Georgie and the experience from start to finish was amazing! The space is so beautiful (comfortable and relaxing) and Georgie is so knowledgable. Felt all my stresses melt away whilst also getting my scalp fully cleaned. Cant wait to return for my next appointment - Would highly recommend to anyone!

The head spa experience was wonderful start to finish. Very welcoming and relaxing environment, I loved learning a bit more about scalp health initially . The treatment itself was wonderful. I was fully able to relax throughout and I left feeling a mixture of relaxed and invigorated. I would highly recommend and love to return in the future

Today I had a cut and blowdry with Phoebe. It was a lovely relaxing atmosphere in the salon which is just on the ring Road in Stourbridge. Phoebe and Tom are so welcoming and they know what they are talking about when it comes to hair. My hair looks and feels fantastic. Thank you so much. See you in January 😊

This was my first time meeting Georgie & having a head spa treatment and I can’t wait to book another one! Georgie is really welcoming & she talked through what to expect during the treatment. The treatment was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had. I added a blow dry onto my booking which just completed it and I’m feeling relaxed going into the week ahead!

I had the head spa treatment at Bygeorgielee recently and can’t recommend it enough. Georgie uses great quality products throughout, my hair felt incredibly silky afterwards and smelt amazing. The treatment deeply cleanses the scalp, rebalances hydration and stimulates circulation, so there are real results beyond just the experience. What I loved most was how genuinely relaxing it was, it releases tension in the scalp, neck and jaw and I left feeling properly calm and reset. Worth every penny, I’ll definitely be back. Fantastic from start to finish. Georgie gave me a great insight into my scalp and advice on how to prevent build up as well as recommending a few products. The head spa treatment itself was absolutely divine and deeply relaxing! I will be coming back and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it!

Loved my visit to The Head Spa! I suffer with Sebhorrheic Dermatitis and so this was the perfect excuse for a cleanse to remove all the build up on my skin, and even from only a single session there was a noticeable difference between my before and after photos (so satisfying!) The space is perfect and Georgie is so professional (and I especially felt in safe hands considering you are equally a hairdresser and so understood the impact on hair) Thanks so much for a relaxing treatment (and massage!) and caring about my ongoing scalp health by equipping me with the right maintenance products x

Such an amazing experience with Georgie, from the second I walked in I felt completely relaxed. The scalp camera was a great way to see my before and after. My favourite part was the fabulous head shower and scalp massage, sensory perfection and cancelling all internal noise! Such a luxurious treatment with professional advice and no judgement made. I can’t wait to return!

Tom always does such a great job of my colour and cut and has also become like a friend really. Always lovely to talk to. I have left my appointment feeling like a new woman with beautiful, blonde, shiny soft hair.

What a gorgeous service! I don’t have any significant scalp concerns but wanted a good cleanse and to relax and wow did Georgie deliver. My hair and scalp has never felt so clean and soft, and the whole experience was total zen from start to finish. I genuinely don’t think I’ve felt so relaxed in years. Thank you 💕

My second visit to Tom Syed yesterday. Tom is delightful and professional he listens to what you want also gives great advice. It took a long time to find my forever hairdresser but have found it here. Would highly recommend!
