I had a lovely experience with Dawn for my waxing and head spa treatment. She is such a warm and calming person, which really helped as it was my first time having these treatments done. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. I left feeling relaxed and really well looked after. Amazing ! Booked in last minute with my mum for a pamper session and the back massage, facial and Indian head massage were absolutely amazing.
