I had the Deep Cleanse Classic Facial with Beth and it was amazing. She was super friendly and made the whole thing really relaxing. My skin feels so clean and refreshed—like it actually got a proper reset. Beth was great at explaining what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Really informative & honest 2week review of my Botox appointment. Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

On my second treatment with Kate now, I don’t think I will ever not go back, whether for further treatment or general advice on skin/ hair and all round well being. She has a shop in the same facility as her treatment room selling necessary supplements. She doesn’t sell a product that she doesn’t believe in so I feel safe and confident to purchase here. I can’t wait to finish my 5 week course, a week later from my first and I could have cried, without Kate I was not fitting into jeans that I already owned. She saved me a whole new wardrobe🤣 Results speak for themselves! see you next week🥰

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane.
