Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

I visited Signature Skin for the first time today. Sue was extremely welcoming and I felt at ease immediately. The service was very professional, this included a consultation and advice regarding my skin care needs. I had a derma planning facial. I would definitely recommend Signature Skin and plan to return.

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. I've been having the standard cut and blow dry with Lucy for two years now. Bored of my hair and wanting a change, Lucy mentioned a balayage and I took some time to decide before finally discussing the process with her. I had the skin test and then booked myself in. I took the plunge having never had my hair dyed before and the results did not disappoint! If I'd have known it would look this good, I'd have done it years ago! Definitely having it done again! I had the Signature Facial with Kait and it was incredible. She was professional, calming, and really took the time to understand my skin. The products she used felt amazing, and my face was noticeably smoother and more refreshed after. Kait explained each step, created a super relaxing environment, and clearly knows her craft. Had another amazing appointment with Abby this evening,Abby confirmed her arrival, punctual as always, very polite & friendly, we discussed my Botox x3 areas since last visit 12 weeks ago, movement had only started about two weeks ago so she done a fabulous job! Treatment was almost totally pain free , no bruising , I’m really happy I’ve found Abby, I won’t go anywhere else now, she’s amazing at what she does, very knowledgeable, definitely not a pushy sales person , I also had a another skin tag frozen as Abby has removed several for me now with amazing results. 100% in safe hands with Abby.☺️

Amazing relaxing experience, I had the retinol one this time. My skin feels really soft and rejuvenated, drinking loads of water following the treatment to give me a good cleanse throughout. Sharon is always very professional and provides excellent treatments. Highly recommend.

I saw Abby for the second time today, I had Botox for the first and Abby explained everything in detail, what happens, what to expect, what to look out for etc, Abby was amazing, very kind, considerate very knowledgeable, put any concerns I had to ease. I felt very comfortable & had complete confidence in Abby, absolutely amazed with my results, I also had some skin tags/moles removed with Abby which others have been unsuccessful at removing them but they have completely gone, over the moon with all treatments so far and will definitely be back for more.
