Just left KC Aesthetics feeling amazing after a consultation with Katie—she was incredibly warm, calming, and instantly put me at ease. I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I've been having the standard cut and blow dry with Lucy for two years now. Bored of my hair and wanting a change, Lucy mentioned a balayage and I took some time to decide before finally discussing the process with her. I had the skin test and then booked myself in. I took the plunge having never had my hair dyed before and the results did not disappoint! If I'd have known it would look this good, I'd have done it years ago! Definitely having it done again! Tanya is an absolute gem. It's hard to explain how transformative getting my eyebrows back has been, on my confidence and mental outlook.
