Nisha takes the time to thoughtfully curate treatment plans based on each individual’s needs. She was incredibly patient in explaining treatments and never once pushed products or prioritized sales. I’ve been to many skin and laser clinics where the focus is on selling, but that was never the case with Nisha. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. This place is truly a hidden gem in Toronto. Highly recommended!

I am very happy to find this nice studio where you are well taking care of. A very attentive staff. I have been to a few places in Toronto but I can tell you what I appreciate the most is Jessica guides you but doesn’t impose her taste on you and respects your choices. She is very experienced. On a personal level, she is friendly and has a great sense of humour. I will go back. If you are looking for quality and service try it you won’t be disappointed. Great place, friendly service, great quality products!!!

5/5 ⭐️ Jay Nguyen (@butterskinbyjay) is honestly top tier. I’ve gone to him for the Starlight Glow facial and I just finished my 3rd microneedling session, and my skin keeps getting better — smoother, brighter, and more even. What I like about him is he actually knows skin, especially acne/sensitive, and he doesn’t rush the treatment. Clean setup, explains everything, and gives proper aftercare so you’re not guessing. Danielle was very patient with me, she listened, and during both the initial consultation, and today's service, she took extra time to ensure that I was comfortable and happy with my pieces 😊. AMAZING. They care so much about their clients here and always do the best job. I got my first session of laser done a month ago here and literally haven’t needed to shave since. Just left my second appointment and had my second facial done as well. They are so professional here but also makes it feel like a safe space to just relax. Highly recommend!
