Being Korean, I have high standards for skincare, and I'll be honest — I've left other clinics feeling underwhelmed. This was a completely different experience. She patiently explained each step, made the exfoliation totally comfortable (no pain at all!), and carried out the whole treatment with impressive skill and professionalism. Joanna was fabulous. I had a 90 min deep Hydration facial treatment using a 130.00 gift card from huband. So worth it. I have dry sensitivity skin. All products are natural with no irritation. Joanna is very knowledgeable I had a great consultation how to care for my face & received samples of cleansers & moisturizer. Great all natural products no chemicals. My skin has never looked & felt so good. Products are very reasonably priced, less than the stuff I use from Shoppers drugs mart. I will be back again & highly recommended Joanna. She is very professional, clean & friendly. Thankyou
