I had such a wonderful experience at the salon. It was my first time they are definitely very experienced. I’ve had such a bad experience with hair salons in Cape town when it comes to natural hair, but from the moment I sat down here I knew I was in good hands. They treated my crown with so much care. I sent Jenay a Pinterest picture of the colour I wanted and to her I want a red/copper but when I’m in the sun it should show up as copper. And my GOD did she understand and execute the assignment beyond my wildest dreams 😍🔥 When I say my man is calling the uncles together, best believe it’s because of this hair colour 🔥💞💞 No way someone is this good sh#t she’s AMAZING . Grace did an excellent job unplaiting my braids with no pulling or pain. She was quick and efficient. I love that this service is available to be done in my home. I was able to get some work done on my laptop while having my braids removed and all in the comfort of my own home!

Always a lovely experience! Thys is so warm and creates such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I booked the 60-minute personalized facial and messaged him beforehand about my skin flare-ups. He was incredibly accommodating and guided me before the appointment. During the facial, he explained every product he used and how it would benefit my skin, which I really appreciated as I'm still learning and exploring about skincare in South Africa. My skin was glowing afterwards—almost unbelievably radiant. Highly recommend! ✨

Absolutely loved my experience here! What really stood out was how carefully they handled my hair. No rough tugging, no rushing just pure attention and care from start to finish. Super professional all around, but still felt relaxed and welcoming. Definitely coming back.
