I’ve been with HairHub for about six months now, and I’m always happy with the service. However, during my last hair dye appointment, the results weren’t what I expected. When I let HairHub and Natali know, they were incredibly polite and accommodating, fitting me in within a few days to fix the issue. Natali went above and beyond to make sure my hair looked exactly how I wanted it. This level of customer service is rare to find in Toronto! Natali not only listens to all your wishes and recommendations but also genuinely cares about keeping your hair as healthy as possible! Highly recommend 🫶

Natalia H is truly a professional with hands of gold and heart of gold. Every time I get a haircut from her, I walk away feeling so much better about my hair. She just knows.. Sheyda did an amazing job. I came here for a color, balyage and haircut. The previous salon I went to destroyed my hair. Sheyda was so kind, patient (I have long thick hair my whole appointment took a little over 4 hours) and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Biata is also so lovely they both are very skilled colourists and stylists. I finally found my go to salon. PS ocean is the cutest.

I've been going to Salon Concepts since 2016. I used to see Maryam, who always gave me a perfect cut and style at an affordable price. Most recently, I booked an appointment for a trim before my exams. The owner of the salon did a perfect job! When I mentioned I would come back for some lowlights she told me I did not need to. She assured me I have been doing a great job. Her honesty means a lot to me. Grad students do not have disposable income. Having a salon with good prices, trust worthy and talented staff is a plus for everyone at York university. Highly recommend!

I had a skin assessment with Jenny who was super knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any treatment or anything I didn’t need like other skin clinics I have been too. I ended up going with Forma and had my first treatment. I am beyond thrilled how well my skin responded and the noticeable change just after the one session. I actually went out the folllowing day without any make up. My skin feels so refreshed and clear. In addition, Jenny also provided recommendations beyond the clinic treatment which I’m very grateful for. Thank you Jenny!!!!
