I had such a wonderful experience at Jen Head Spa in San Jose! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. I had my session with Tina, and she was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive throughout the whole treatment. The entire experience was deeply relaxing. You can really tell they care about every detail—from the soothing environment to the technique. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself!

First time experience at Jen Head Spa. I was so excited.I set up a mother's and daughter's day as an early mommy's day. The staff were very nice, professional, and accommodating. One of my daughter's and I did the whole Jen head spa package 90 min with another 60 min. 2.30 hours of pampering was awesome our masseuses we very friendly and caring to our bodies. My other daughter did the head, neck massage with a facial and the extra 60 min full body massage which she enjoyed as well. Shiela was very good at her job! She was considerate and asked questions throughout on what was okay/not okay, what felt right/didn’t. Overall, I appreciated her work and recommend her for a deep tissue massage if you have a lot of knots like I did!

Both me and my boyfriend got deep tissue massages with massage therapists we had never seen before and we both will definitely be back. The space is clean and inviting and they have very talented employees. They helped with both of our neck and shoulder pains. I loved when they stretched my limbs especially the leg stretches, and the pressure was perfect and very firm when she dug into my knots.

The steam room was a nice was to relax before the massage. I had a one hour deep tissue massage, which was amazing. I've never had a bad experience here but today I had the best. Thank you very much Hellen, you're amazing.

I love coming here. I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage. Cindy was my therapist and she was absolutely amazing. I may have accidentally fallen asleep once, it was that great. I highly recommend DAI NAM SPA and I will be returning soon.

I have been here before. 1st time exp was great! Today was a bit mid. The massage was great but I wished she not only focused on the right side but also the left. I felt like throughout the whole appt. The left side probably got maybe 20% of what the right side had. Given I should have said something, next time I will. But in all honesty shouldn't it be symmetrical? I would come back again. The head spa and facial part was good. Overall, could be better for the 190 I paid for and I did tip since I did receive service that wasnt bad but wasnt great either. I hope next visit will be better. I wa

1st time experience of deep scalp therapy. The initial analysis showed buildup and dandruff on the scalp and this treatment was perfect for this. From scalp scratching to hand, neck and shoulder massage as well, it was definitely a rejuvenating experience.

This was amazing!!! I’m still in bliss after my experience with Lisa. I brought 7 girls with me all for a spa day and each of us had a different technician to do the Deep Scalp Therapy, and literally none of us had a single bad thing to say. The entire staff is super helpful and caring, I’ve never had a more relaxing experience. They massaged our head, neck, shoulders, and arms, and gave all of us the cleanest hair and scalp we’ve ever had lol. If I could give 6 stars I would!

My skin needs regular deep cleaning with microdermabrasion to prevent pore congestion and it's been a long search for a great provider - Elisha took the time to really evaluate my condition and come up with a plan for treating the stubborn acne on my chin. I was expecting a lot of pain with the extractions because the bumps had been there for a long time, but she is so precise and gentle I hardly noticed. Can't wait for my next appointment in 6 wks. My face is soft, smooth and glowing!
