Such a a wonderful massage. The pressure was just right—firm enough to work out the knots but still very relaxing. I could feel the tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back melting away. The space had a peaceful ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I really appreciate the attention & focus that Kerry gives. Easily one of the best massages I’ve had—I’ll definitely be back!”

Always a lovely experience here. Karen is professional and friendly and makes you feel at ease instantly. I use the natural body cafe for colonics and Karen makes the whole process feel natural, I wouldn't go anywhere else, she has a wealth of experience and looks at any issues you have holistically. I’ve visited Kerry on numerous occasions and without a doubt she is the best. I chose the firm massage for muscle pain and stiffness.
