Always a lovely experience here. Karen is professional and friendly and makes you feel at ease instantly. I use the natural body cafe for colonics and Karen makes the whole process feel natural, I wouldn't go anywhere else, she has a wealth of experience and looks at any issues you have holistically. I had the most amazing full body recovery massage with Tanya, I would say the best most thorough massage I’ve ever had, with Tanya checking in with me along the way to ensure the pressure was good, it was absolutely spot on. Wish I lived closer!

My husband and I booked a full body massage each during our weekend break at The Haven. The whole process from start to end was fabulous and professional. We left feeling rejuvenated and totally relaxed, the two young masseurs were really lovely and welcoming too - we will be back!
