Very effective deep tissue massage- first class

It was my first visit to the new studio today, such a nice, spacious, easily accessible place. Loads of parking, easy to find and offered a drink when I arrived. Matt carried out a thorough consultation to ensure he worked on all my problem areas during my sports massage and continued to check throughout the treatment that I was comfortable and the pressure was okay. I have monthly sports massage to keep back, neck, shoulder pain at ease and it is so worth it! Thank you so much! 😊

I visited Goldy yesterday for a full body massage and Indian head massage, the whole experience was amazing , the body massage was one of the best I’ve ever had , Goldy was so lovely and made you feel really comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again !

I met Matt for a follow up appointment today following my full knee assessment late November last year. He was very helpful. I wanted recommendations for my continued self help and it was delivered. Mat was very informative and helped me understand what is happening to my body from a muscular skeletal perspective. My work experience is in Neurological conditions, and entirely different discipline. All advice was offered in plain English (by what I mean is "layman's terms" not jargon) Very helpful. An exercise routine recommended which is achievable and realistic. I have come to realise that at 63, I am no longer superman and invincible and welcomed the support offered. Thank you Mat.
