Appointment was on time. Facilities excellent. Physio was attentive and asked lots of questions. Happy with assessment and self exercises. Would recommend.

Me & my daughter had a full body scrub ready for our holiday, excellent experience, very professional and very thorough, the products she used to exfoliate the skin smelt lovely, followed by a oil massage i came out with my skin feeling soft and silky. thankyou so much, we will definitely be back for other treatments xx

I visited Goldy yesterday for a full body massage and Indian head massage, the whole experience was amazing , the body massage was one of the best I’ve ever had , Goldy was so lovely and made you feel really comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again !

Mat was very informative and helped me understand what is happening to my body from a muscular skeletal perspective. My work experience is in Neurological conditions, and entirely different discipline. All advice was offered in plain English (by what I mean is "layman's terms" not jargon) Very helpful. An exercise routine recommended which is achievable and realistic. I have come to realise that at 63, I am no longer superman and invincible and welcomed the support offered. Thank you Mat.

Very professional. Massage very relaxing. Could have made the experience better by diffusing essential oils so that treatment room smelled like a spa and having relaxing music.

I had my first sports massage today, Matt was so helpful and really worked on the areas I was struggling with. He gave me tips on how to improve my posture and how to stretch at home to help me improve my shoulders. I feel so much better from just my first 30 minute treatment! Highly recommend Matt ☺️
