Lan found the source of pain and also some I didn't know about. Had my first full night and pain free sleep for months. Maybe this will encourage me to follow the exercise/treatment plan to keep it that way

Martin was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I had a sports massage and it was great he talked me through it the whole time. Will definitely be having more sessions.

Martin was so good with my 14 year old, explained everything he was doing and how different exercises and posture changes could help. He took his time on the examination and checked everything.
