Had a another blissful session with the lovely Shabana this afternoon at P&P Hospice. It started with meditation to relax me into the session, then a whole body hot stone and warm bamboo massage. This was followed by a refreshing facial. I drifted off for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Shabana whose compassion shines through her therapeutic skills. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. WOW! The service I received was unbelievable from Shabana. Firstly I stated I have an allergy to Linalool and Shabana went out her way to find me an oil that would be suitable for my skin with less than 24hrs notice may I add! Shabana showed me the oil to prove it was safe. Even contacted me throughout the day to give me options. She also contacted the supplier and spoke to consultants in the company. I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely.
