My new favourite place for massages! I’ve had 2 now from different women and both were absolutely amazing. Jo did my first one and I have to say it was the best massage I’ve had in a long time! Katie did my second massage and she was also amazing! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and this is clear when you receive your massage, as not only is it relaxing but you can tell they are working the knots and muscles expertly. I will definitely be coming back, thank you!

Katie was amazing and my massage was really good. Perfect amount of pressure and I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. However it was difficult to fully relax as the noise from outside was so loud. People chatting, electric tools being used. I asked Katie to turn the music up which helped a bit but didn't drown out everything. This would definitely make me reluctant to return.

I've had a few massages with Cara and they have always been fantastic! Cara is very attentive always making sure I am warm and comfortable and if the pressure she is using is good for me. I always leave feeling fully relaxed. Highly recommended!

Totally amazing massage!!! Always the best massage I have ever had. Wish I could have one every week!

I went in feeling stressed and sore and I left feeling relaxed, pampered and calm. Katie is utterly amazing at massage and I can't wait for my next one.

This was my first visit to Cocoon Bristol and my first pregnancy massage and Katie was very warm and welcoming. The massage was excellent and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I will definitely be visiting again! Thank you.

I had the most wonderful facial today. This was my second treatment at cocoon and I truly wish I could come more often. Katie has such a calming energy and is clearly super knowledgeable about skin care, and passionate about the products she uses. The head and neck massage was heavenly. We had the best time! Beatrice was fantastic from the booking moment to the treatments to keeping us informed! The spa was great, one of us really loved the steam room! We were a group of 3 in need of relaxation and we came out feeling like new people. The facial and body massages were out of this world! It also wasn’t really busy like you normally get at other spas and have to wait to use the facilities. Couldn’t recommend enough - we will be back!
