The mental clarity that the sessions bring have really helped me balance and improve my overall wellbeing. Historically, I'd often go for deep tissue/sports type, but have learnt that different pressures and techniques offer a wealth of benefits and physical sensations exceeds any deep tissue!

Wonderful start to the new year with a massage from Lizzy. All of my aches & pains melted away & I left feeling relaxed & ready for the rest of the day. Lizzy is so intuitive that each time the massage is different, adapting to my needs & removing any tension she finds along the way. My health & overall fitness have definitely improved since I began to have regular massages with Lizzy. I would recommend Sion Therapies to anyone for a treat, for relaxation, & especially for deep tissue massage. Lizzy is the best.

I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Liz. She explains every step clearly and makes it a very welcoming and relaxing experience. The massage itself was perfect, a wonderful combination of pressure, trigger points and breathing exercises. The added bonus being that she comes to your home so you can stay in a relaxed state after she's finished. I would highly recommend Liz's treatments

First time with Trish and I was delighted with the massage. A warm and friendly welcome. She checked everything carefully both before and during the massage e.g. how I was doing that day, what pressure I like and was it still ok. I felt very safely held during the whole appointment and her clever use of towels kept me feeling comfortable and suitably modest throughout what was an excellent massage. I was hugely relaxed almost immediately and wonderfully restored by the end. Truly healing hands.

I had a taster session of an Indian Head Massage. It was very enjoyable - Trish explained everything well and it gave me the chance to decide whether to book a full session. Lovely calming experience .

Wow! The perfect mix of sports massage deep tissue work that really gets into the problem areas and a relaxing massage. I also loved the fact that the arms, legs, head, feet all got a good working too which other places have often over looked vs the usual back and shoulders. Will be sure to book in every month while you are in Bristol!

Rebecca was so friendly and professional throughout the appointment, checking in on me and made me feel so relaxed. The environment is tranquil and balanced and well thought through. There wasn't an area on my back missed out from her incredible techniques, and felt she truly goes above and beyond to make the experience one that stands out above others. My body feels like its not a giant ball of stress again, and my mind has found some calmness that it has craved. It was so ethereal, I booked another session immediately!

What a super relaxing facial. Trish really listened to what I said about my skin and chose products accordingly and my skin has been very good since. Head neck and shoulder and arm and hand massage in with the treatment, I didn't want it to end. Would highly recommend the whole thing

Been going to Kerry on a monthly basis for years, what she doesn't know about skincare is not worth knowing! Had a chemical peel and microneedling today, skin feels tightened and glowy, can't wait to see the full results in the coming days. Kerry can also.provide gorgeous massages and facials.
