Great value for the premium scalp detox - includes so many services for the package. My girlfriends and I felt pampered! I wish they communicated more about what they’re applying to our body and the service they’re doing on us - we have no idea half the time. Also, the halo ring water isn’t relaxing as it should be / advertised, it’s more like a very strong blasting rinsing device for the hair - feels a bit gimmicky since it’s the main thing they promote for the package, there is no waterfall effect from the package.

2nd time here and it was so good!!! Last time I had the scalp detox, this time just the healthy hair wash - and both times Lan was my therapist. Lan is amazing!!! I will definitely come back again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was the most amazing head spa experience I’ve ever had! It was actually my first time, so I was nervous. However, all my worries went away when I was treated so well by the staff! They had quality service, were super friendly and accommodating as well. Will go back! 10/5 stars if I could

Appreciate that they were very accommodating with pregnancy and intuitively knew how to help me feel comfortable. We were also a little bit late and they did not make a fuss about it which was very nice of them.

Amazing full body relaxation massage

My wife & I recently discovered the bliss of Healthy Hair Wash in Springvale, and it exceeded our expectations. The comprehensive service included a foot spa, mini massages, along with a mini facial. Initially, external noises were noticeable, but as the treatments progressed, we were enveloped in pure relaxation. The experience was so rejuvenating that we're already planning to return with friends and family. The combination of treatments offered a unique blend of relaxation and rejuvenation, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking a holistic spa experience.

On a whim I booked a service here and I'm so glad I did because it was amazing. I am in love with the service I received (healthy hair wash ~ 45min) it went above expectations with face, neck, shoulder, upper back and chest massage with beautifully scented lotion. It also comes with a double shampoo for the hair which of course also has a scalp massage. It honestly felt like more than a hour (in a good way!) and I cannot believe the amount of relief in my muscles and how refreshing my scalp and hair feels. The ladies were wonderful and the atmosphere was peaceful. I highly recommend this place

Loved it all especially the massages but the whole experience was divine

The service was really good. Relaxed and hair so clean. Maybe a little more privacy than shear curtains between beds. Change room had vacuum and other equipment stored in there . Other than that ladies were very friendly and massage was good.
