I had my first deep tissue/remedial massage with Koji Hotta last week and straight away I could tell he is a true master of his art. I have multiple issues that need addressing and he was very thorough, explaining things as we went. We still have a lot of work to do but after our session I could feel enhanced mobility and a reduction in some of my pain. I will be seeing him regularly as he has given me hope!

Koji did an amazing job treating my long-term wrist injury. He thoroughly massaged the entire area surrounding the problem, and the intense treatment significantly loosened the lump on my wrist. Mr Koji is an excellent massage therapist. I appreciate the way that he explains what he is doing as he works his way through each muscle group, and why he is taking that approach. He personally tailors each session to the needs of the client and you feel the difference in between sessions. Remedial massage is an incredibly intense experience and I would strongly recommend Mr Koji to anyone who is interested in exploring this kind of therapy.

Koji is absolutely amazing!! Didn’t expect my 10/10 whiplash level neck pain was going to be reduced to a 2/10 pain level in a SINGLE 40 min session. Before going in I had very limited range of motion and couldn’t turn my head left or right without excruciating sharp pain, but afterwards I regained a good 70% ROM. He really worked his magic!! Very interesting methodical and systematic approach - would highly recommended to anyone struggling with muscle tightness/stiffness. Honestly was more effective than my previous physios. Already booked in a second appointment!
