My first time here was great! A previous nail salon had messed up my toe nails and Mara did an amazing job restoring them. My manicure and pedicure were very nice and neat just how I like them. Will definitely be back!

The salon is very pretty and clean, and my nails came out looking really nice. The only thing I was not very impressed with is the customer service. No one said hi or smiled at all, especially the front desk girl.. the nail tech never spoke to me, until the end when she recommended I do builder gel more often for my damaged nails. it all felt very transactional and not friendly. I would come back for the quality of the nails but it would be nice to feel welcomed too.

Bella was fantastic! I was late and absolutely felt horrible. She went right to work. I have short ugly stubby nails and she made my nails look beautiful! Cozy Nails is an outstanding nail salon! I've been going there since I moved into Old Town 10 years ago, and it's the best salon I've ever used. They give excellent manicures and pedicures with all kinds of extras (like hot stone massages) and everyone there is welcoming and friendly. I give them 5+ stars (and a special shout out to Rose who does a wonderful job!) I'm grateful to have such an outstanding salon right in the neighborhood.

Had my first Russian gel mani/ ped, and I am officially obsessed. I will be tracking about an hour to get my nails done moving forward! Brought my own nail colors, DND 879 & Lincoln Park After Dark on my Toes. They have a good selection though. The staff is so welcoming, checked in everystep if the way, with aesthetically pleasing being thr added bonus. Very quiet and relaxing, I’d def recommend.
