Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.

Very relaxing. Not like the usual “busy” salons I have experienced in the past in Cairns. I felt like I was treated with dignity & respect. Every ingredient was explained to me. Sally was very thoughtful, asked me what tea I would like to drink during the foot spa session, & engaged in providing quality time with my feet, toes and lower limb massage. I will be returning to Serene Retreat when I am in Cairns again next. Serene Retreat is now my new chosen place of serenity for receiving an ultimate pedicure and massage.

After arriving rather wet due to a downpour of heavy rain Tracy kindly wrapped me in a towel to dry & be comfortable. Eyebrow tidy and colour then removal of Gel Nails was timely and professional.

Sammy is easygoing and friendly. Always on time for appointments. Meticulous and mindful when doing my nails. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a quality set of gel nails. I got some nails art done and was torally satisfied with what she did. Very talented and loves her craft.
