Attention to detail from beginning to end. Mon is experienced and Bella who did my lashes did a great job under pressure as my neck and back pain was playing up during my first visit. Asked for natural eyelashes and they consulted and gave me options and ideas for what look would suit and achieved a look that looks great on me. I had my first appointment with Louise at The Beauty Lounge and it was such a beautiful experience from start to finish ✨ Louise made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well.
