I am not easily pleased but, from my first appointment with Elaine for brow shaping to several others fr lash extensions, threading etc, I trust Elaine’s process and end results so much that I always drift off to sleep - That’s how confident I am of Elaine. Katy is totally amazeballs she is guru! Before I found Katy other therapists could not wax properly for me. But Katy knows what to do if you hair is unruly and literately she makes it pain free and is quick, but ever so thorough. I Love all her other treatments that she provides, she knows her stuff and gives you her full attention and is so personable and such a genuine, kind and caring person. Danya is absolutely wonderful as a person and with what she does. Professional, knowledgeable, caring and warm. I would recommend her to everyone. I previously had a very bad experience with facial fillers at a Swindon clinic which has left me very nervous and Danya really helped by explaining everything to me thoroughly which made me feel so much more confident about the outcome. I really trust her and I think that is so very important.

Super happy with my lashes, went for a hybrid look which captures the right amount of volume needed on an everyday basis. The lash artist is super friendly and I felt at ease during my appointment. Will definitely be coming back!!

Had classic lash extensions, brows tinted and waxed and a spray tan - feeling like a new person! Katie did an incredible job and made me feel so relaxed during the procedures. She is a real perfectionist and all 3 of my treatments are the best I've had - couldn't be more pleased with the results.
