Joy had me at ease the minute I came in the door. she is bubbly sincere and good humoured. i felt a lot better coming out of her premises than going in. i would definitely reccomend her as her lnowledge and her instincts and her expertise in finding exactly where to treat and the reasons why i am in pain as she also told me about aftercare too. i would reccomend Joy to anyone who needs professional effective and intuitive massage here on our doorstep in Limerick City. Really great experience! Had lymphatic drainage face and body massage to help deal with the lingering effects of a virus. She was very comforting and knowledgeable throughout and felt a noticeable improvement in my energy in the days that followed!

I was with Elena for cupping therapy and massage. It was very relaxing and she always made sure I was comfortable at every step. Elena was also very good in explaining what she was doing at each stage in the process. I felt much more flexible and light after I finished up with her. For the first time in 6 months, I have slept without a pain in my neck and back. She was also very good with the follow up exercises. I had a msg from her as soon as I reached home with a reminder of everything we discussed. I would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend
