I chose the Press Pause experience at the Wellness Tower, the combination of treatments in the experience helped me to fully relax and gain the full benefits during and after the session. I loved the Indian head massage, really relaxing, as a result the sound bath was really powerful in releasing tension and it gave my body a reset, it felt like my body was able to power off and restart. The most gorgeous Japanese head spa at The Wellness Tower — truly one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve had. The treatment beautifully combined head massage and the head spa with scalp-nourishing, divinely scented products that felt luxurious and immersive. The aromas were incredible; I felt like I was being transported around the world as the different products were applied. Carol’s Indian head massage technique, combined with the Japanese head spa, was simply fantastic. Outstanding, exceptional, and I genuinely cannot wait to book again. Highly recommended!

The Wellness Tower is gorgeous, it’s such a beautiful setting, it’s both tranquil and calming. Starting with an Indian head massage, then a personalised sound bath. It was the most powerful experience, I felt amazing benefits immediately and these have continued ever since. My body and mind feel like they’ve reset, it’s made such an incredible difference. I’m definitely going to make this part of my wellness routine, I enjoyed every moment and the positive impact is immense.

My first trip to the Wellness tower today for a Headspa with Karen. I really love this treatment and have had a couple before but never in such beautiful surroundings which really made a difference. The room is comfortable and welcoming and you know you're going to be in for an indulgent treat. Karen did not disappoint, I had to ask her to keep me talking so I didn't nod off and miss my treatment! Would highly recommend to anyone who loves scalp and hair treatments.

Fabulous back, neck, shoulder massage yesterday followed by a facial with concentrated massage round the areas affected by my TMJ I suffer with. My skin was thankful for the hydration especially in the current heat we are having & as for the tension I hold in my jaw, head & neck I had a great relaxed night sleep & the best bit not woken up this morning with the “tension” dull headache I can get as my regular Botox treatment for my TMJ has worn off at the moment. Thank you Karen for the wonderful treatment yesterday, for the hours escapism & how great I feel this morning! X

Excellent experience from start to finish. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Angela provided a deep tissue massage for a shoulder problem. The massage was thorough and effective, but without the discomfort I experienced with previous massage. Angela provided advice for follow-up heat treatment at home. I will be returning for further treatment in a couple of weeks.

Just had the most fabulous head spa with Liana. Wasn’t sure what to expect beforehand. Room was so cosy and welcoming. Lovely snuggly duvet to keep you warm whilst the head spa works its magic alongside Liana’s massages. I was definitely in the zone and felt like l could sleep for days afterwards. I've only ever had one sound bath before and it was in a group. I opted for a private one this time and just WOW! I don't even know if you can quite put into words what you experience, how powerful it is or how insanely support you feel before, during and after the experience.
