Five stars simply isn’t enough! Ellie is an absolute master of her craft. I immediately felt safe and calm in her energy. The space she works from is cosy, welcoming and calming. I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

A thoroughly beautiful & enjoyable massage & healing experience with Angela as always. I visit her every month & cannot put into words just how amazing I feel after my time with her. Angela has a very special & unique way of releasing negative energy with her healing techniques, whilst making you feel totally relaxed & at peace 😌 Halo healing is a beautiful space for her treatments & I would highly recommend her. I am so glad I found Inner Shine. Michelle has the kindest energy that instantly makes you feel so safe. I am really benefitting from the EFT sessions, which allow me to feel all my feels without judgement or shame, accept them and bring love to them. Having Reiki afterwards helps relax and refresh my mind, body and soul.

My 2nd visit to Angela this week & I feel like different women as I always do when I leave. Tuesday I joined the healing soundbath, it was just what I needed to feel grounded & content again after a very challenging few days on the hormonal rollercoaster. I left feeling calm, relaxed & totally ground again. Thursday I had a massage & healing with Angela. Her massage & healing techniques are amazing, its the perfect space to take some time out & relax in a tranquil environment. I highly recommend her ❤️

I booked my husband a massage, he definitely needed it. He’s not one to be free with the compliments, but could not have been more effusive with the praise for Roxy and her magical healing hands. Not only did she sort out some major back pain for hubby, she even took the time to message us afterwards with some research regarding the specific issues he was experiencing. Marta was very lovely and professional. I would have liked to talk a bit more about my needs from the massage beforehand, rather than just filling in an online form and then I feel problem areas could have been focused on and I would have felt more able to speak up in the massage as well. The massage did very much help relax me, but didn’t reduce the strong tension in my mid back as I was hoping for. I would still recommend Marta though, but it would be better to talk about needs a bit more first.

I have had a few massages around the Leeds/Wakefield area and this one is by far the best. Freya was very welcoming and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. It is a value for money service.

I’ve been coming to Unique Therapies for a while now and I just love the treatments. The massages that I’ve been having make me feel energised and invigorated.
