The customer service was really friendly overall and I left my massage feeling free from tension.

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

I never leave reviews, but after hopping from salon to salon I couldn't be happier to have found Rebecca! The studio was such good vibes and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted as well as my pain points around aftercare and styling. Super professional, experienced and talented. I had plantar fasciitis after running and the heel pain was really affecting me, especially in the mornings. I decided to try shockwave therapy and I’m very glad I did. After a few sessions the pain improved a lot and I was able to run again with much less discomfort. I’d definitely recommend MG Osteopathy to anyone struggling with persistent heel pain.

David provided a very good deep tissue massage. He was nice and polite and recommended some stretching excecise for me to perform at home. The place is spotlessly clean. Everything looks modern and new, wooden and black. They have a fully equipped gym too. And very important: the bed, also of a modern design, had extra padding around the face area to make it totally comfortable when you are facing down during the massage.

I came to Dr Stretch for help with months-long chronic low back pain, as well as neck/shoulder fatigue from spending too many hours at a desk. Rohan did a careful evaluation of different muscle strengths and weaknesses (have never had someone properly do this despite receiving many sports/therapeutic massages!!). He did very targeted massage work, releasing tight muscles and breaking up deep tension. It was seriously the most effective massage I've had! Rohan also shared a few targeted exercises to strengthen my weak areas and help prevent the issues recurring. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!

I’ve now had multiple sessions with David I originally came in with shoulder pain, and each session has been really helpful and well explained. David is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I understand why we’re doing certain exercises. I’ve already noticed improvement and feel confident in the plan moving forward. I’d highly recommend David to anyone dealing with shoulder pain or physio treatment in general.

After going to numerous Physios and Osteopaths this year... None of them came close to Rohan when it came to getting persistent knots and pain away. Super skilled and addressed the key issues with a great follow-up. Will be back.

Incredible massage with Rimon. One of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had lots of sports massage. I went in with specific quite chronic back /glute pain and left feeling way better and with tips & tricks to avoid further injury. Book in, you really won’t be disappointed!

Rebecca gave me the haircut of my life! She cut my hair to fit my face perfectly, and is the only hairdresser I’ve had to point out my cheekbones! She is also so welcoming, lovely and full of knowledge! She recommended some great products and showed me how to style my hair. Will 100% be back!
