I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. I honestly had the best massage of my life with David. I arrived with super tight muscles and some lower back pain, but David listened to everything I said and paid really close attention to what I needed. He also made sure to check in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was right (it was always perfect!), which I really appreciated. I left feeling like my body had been put back together again. I can’t recommend David enough!

I am very grateful to have known cassie for several years. Cassie is compassionate, kind, and highly skilled. I am a bit loss for words really because I sound like I am exaggerating, but she is very special. When I get an accupuncture facial with Cassie I am getting treated holistically--not just my face, but my whole being. I have a long entrenched sleeping disorder, and I even sleep better after a treatment. For those afraid of needles Cassie is remarkably gentle. l whole heartedly recommend a visit to Cassie. Laura was very welcoming and made me feel right at ease. She explained each step of the deep cleansing facial which was appreciated. The whole experience was very relaxing. I loved the scalp massage as well. At the end she suggested a product to implement to my skin regime. I will certainly come back.
