My second time booking in with Paul, I re-booked because the first time, I felt a positive difference to my issue after only one session. He understood my issue, worked through the different muscles that could be affecting my movement and explained exercises and stretches he recommends, backing this information up with evidence of why it should work. So helpful. I find Paul professional and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend booking to see Paul.

Another great Deep Tissue Massage from Paul with a few more added exercises to help with my recovery from a TKR at the end. So glad I booked a block of 6, looking forward to next Mondays treatment. Carol

Paul is excellent, always listens to you and takes time to get to the root of any issues you might be having. Gives great advice for in between sessions to keep your body moving as it should. If you thinking of booking an appointment…. DO IT! You won’t regret it.
