Absolutely fantastic relaxing afternoon and my first time at the new salon. Such a lovely space. I had a hot stone massage with Nicole and the dermaplaning with LED light therapy. Skin looks and feels amazing and the LED is so relaxing I fell asleep within a few minutes.

Chrissie is just so so lovely and brilliant at her job...... genuinely the best eyebrows I have ever walked out of a salon with....no exaggeration! Not only do you feel instantly welcomed by Chrissie, like you've known her forever but she double checks everything she is doing is what you have asked for and correct before proceeding. Great service as always! Super friendly business & always great beauty services offered. I had my nails done today ready for Christmas & Megan, Katie and Sophia are all extremely welcoming. If you’re lucky you’ll get pup cuddles too. Can’t fault this lovely Southbourne business.

I had my fingers and toes done at By Chrissie Beauty and couldn’t recommend enough! She is so knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I’d previously had my nails done at another salon and they definitely weren’t the easiest to remove… 😅🫣 but she took her time, looked after my natural nails and did an amazing job. I’m so pleased with the results. I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to come back. Thank you!
