Today had my first deep tissue massage with Rich. It was painful but I felt a lot better by the end of it. He is very professional and friendly, so puts you at ease. Already booked my next appointment. Would highly recommend 😀

Rich was great. Made me very welcome, professional and caring. Deep tissue isn't particularly relaxing but I felt much looser afterwards and I know I'll feel the benefit. Booked for my next session already.
