Vila: Efter en intensiv massage som är utformad för att slappna av ditt sinne och kropp, är det bästa att hjälpa dig att hålla dig avslappnad. Oavsett om det är att ta en tupplur eller bara sätta upp fötterna framför tv: n, låt dig känna effekterna av din djupa vävnadsmassage. Försök att vänta minst 24 timmar innan någon intensiv fysisk aktivitet
Ät och drick - men håll det lätt: Även om du helst bör undvika att äta eller dricka för mycket före massagen, bör du definitivt återfukta dig själv efteråt. Det är också normalt att känna sig peckish efter en massage, så en lätt och näringsrik måltid kan verkligen träffa platsen
Ta ett bad: Inget hjälper avslappningsprocessen som ett varmt bad - och om du känner det, unna dig några bubblor eller en badbomb för att verkligen skämma bort dig själv. Du bör dock undvika ett varmt bad eller dusch eftersom detta kan förvärra inflammation. Om du har en skada är det bättre att ta en kall dusch eller ett bad för smärtlindring.
