First time visiting thus salon, and was very impressed that the lovely lady that did my hair had gone up and beyond, had opened the shop on a day that it is normally closed, my appointment was for Monday 21st sep at 16:30, but she phoned me and asked if could re schedule due to staff being ill, which I excepted, but she was very professional, made me very welcome, and did exactly how I wanted to have my hair, could not fault her, the salon and expertise, will defo be coming back in the future, thank you so much, partner said its looked lovely xx

It was my daughter's first time at the hairdressers and they made her so comfortable and let her sit on my knee whilst she had the trim. Very gentle and great with kids. Thank you, highly recommend!!!

As always, professional, hard working and friendly. I can't rate Gemma and her team highly enough! If you are looking for a local salon, don't consider going elsewhere as you won't find a better salon in the whole of Rossendale.
