She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and really took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel very comfortable. Nisha was very kind and respectful. However, my appointment was scheduled for an hour, but the entire session took about 45 minutes. I waited a long time for the numbing cream to take effect and the microneedling treatment seemed really short. I expected the treatment itself to take longer, especially since it was for my entire face. I felt like the device didn't move around my face enough, which made me wonder if the treatment was done enough. I paid for the full 6 sessions at once, so I was a little disappointed and would appreciate a little more explanation. Regards, S.D
