Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I absolutely love my treatments with Naz .I’ve now had 2 x Morpheus 8 treatments and 2 Hydra-facials . I’m noticing fantastic results .. I also trusted Naz to decide on which products would be best suited to my skin needs ,after only a few weeks of using I can already feel the difference in the texture of my skin and a reduction in fine lines and pigmentation ,so thanks Naz for introducing me to your Zo products . The staff have all been lovely and so friendly. Really happy with the customer service received. I mainly had my sessions with the newly trained Kiara, initially I had my reservations as she was new, but she has been well trained and has done a really good job! I have had six session on full arms, legs, and under arms. I have noticed a big difference in the treatment. All I may need is a few top ups every few months to make sure I stay on top of any new hair growth. I was recommended ND by a friend, But now I Would also highly recommend ND too!
