I had a truly wonderful experience with Jennifer today. I was quite nervous about cutting my hair, but from the moment I sat in the chair she made me feel completely at ease. Her professionalism, care and attention to detail were exceptional. I had a wash, cut and blow dry, and the result is simply beautiful. Can’t recommend Collective Beauty enough! Start to finish, the experience was gold standard. Karina used fantastic products, took the time to explain what she was doing, and even shared tips for keeping hair healthy at home. It was so gentle with my child, who almost always complains when having her very thick 4C hair blow-dried. Her hair was smoothed perfectly and then styled into a neat, beautiful bun. She came away soft, shiny, and so easy to manage hair. I’ll definitely consider returning, it was a lovely, careful, and professional service.
