SUPERB AS USUAL. WAS SEEN BY PERI WHO IS VERY PASSIONATE AND INTERESTED ABOUT YOUR EYES AND REASON FOR VISIT. ALWAYS CLEARLY EXPLAINS HOW THE EYE TEST HAS GONE & THINGS TO GO FORWARD WITH. VERY IN DEPTH EYE TEST AND LOOK AT MY DRY EYES WITH OPTIONS TO THINK ABOUT. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

APPT WAS BASED ON DRY EYES (ONGOING PROBLEM) SUPERB SERVICE RECEIVED, BOTH ON ARRIVAL AND BY PERRI THE OPTICIAN. EXPLAINED, RECOMMENDED AND DISCUSSED WAY FORWARD, WITH A FOLLOW UP APPT IN ONE MONTH. BUT ALSO BUILT IN A PROVISO THAT IF ANY PROBLEMS WITHIN THAT TIME ANYONE OF THE TEAM WOULD BE ONLY TOO WILLING TO SLOT ME IN AND HELP ME FURTHER. A REASSURANCE THAT THINGS WILL IMPROVE….JUST HAVE TO GIVE IT TIME. First time using this salon, and everything was super clean and the staff were very friendly. The Patch test was done very quick, and fully explained. Very welcoming when I arrived for my appointment. I had the lash lift and tint and results exceeded my expectations, I’m very happy and I’ll definitely be going back.

Love visiting Lotte at Bottega, such a friendly team and relaxing vibe. Cut and blow dry today, loving my short blunt bob, Lotte kept it just long enough to tie back for the gym which was my only stipulation.

Helpful and informative but It felt a little rushed. It felt more like a “process” than a professional consultation. I realised at the end this was provided as NHS service, so perhaps this was the reason for necessary speed.
