Kate is truly a gem! This is my third appointment with her, and my hair has never felt better. After struggling to find a reliable hair salon, I am so grateful to have discovered this place. I’ve tried several salons in downtown Toronto, but they’ve all left me disappointed. As someone who is very particular about my hair, I can confidently say that Kate is a spectacular stylist! Visiting from out of town and found this salon on Social Media. Came in for a hair wash and blowout and was very impressed with service, style and salon. 10/10 would recommend. I have 22 inch weft extensions and Kiki handled them with great care.

The massage was good + I liked how she told me to attend to my problem areas + stretched them out a bit. The massage table was terrible - my neck was hurting + I had to keep turning my head repeatedly when on stomach. Why isn't a proper massage table being used? it was so unstable + shaky, I was worried it'd break mid-massage. The sheets/pillow didn't smell clean. There was a huge stain on the sheets and I know my masseuse told me that they were washed + unfortunately stained, but the washing didn't seem to be adequate as there was some stench that could be smelled in sheets/pillows
