Amazing experience! Kelly is so knowledgeable in all things skin and beauty. She talked me through my Hifu face/neck treatment and explained everything so I knew what to expect during and after. So happy with the results and can’t wait to see them improve more over time. I asked her about other skin concerns I had and she had so much knowledge and experience so I will also be doing the other treatments that she recommended with her. No hard sells. Kelly is friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Honestly i feel like the type of friend that i havent seen in years and the conversation is continuosly flowing. The place is clean, comforting and of high standards. During the treatments, step by step is discussed thoroughly with no questions not answered. Highly recommend for anyone that is after treatments body treatments who are not willing to undergo surgery.
