An amazing full body massage by Achala. I have had many massages over the years but this was one of a kind- literally from my scalp, face and neck to my toes. Will definitely return to her. Muscle tension just melted away!

I really enjoyed my visit to the Natural Body Cafe. The staff were very friendly ,welcoming and informative. Relaxing surroundings were perfect for a massage which was tailored to my needs . Will definitely book again for treatments.

Always a lovely experience here. Karen is professional and friendly and makes you feel at ease instantly. I use the natural body cafe for colonics and Karen makes the whole process feel natural, I wouldn't go anywhere else, she has a wealth of experience and looks at any issues you have holistically. I've just had a lovely 3 hour treatment. The colonic was great, step by step I was talked through it. I finished off with an all body massage and facial. So relaxing and all the facial oils/creams smell amazing. Thank you....I'll be back!

Karen is lovely and friendly. Knowledgeable also, I found natural body cafe when I was researching for LDM massages post surgery. Snezhana was very good. A few techniques I’d never had before but she got rid of my sore neck, that I’d had for 2 weeks. She is obviously very atune to your particular body state and adjusts accordingly. I felt she really knew her stuff, and will defo be back! 👏👏

My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough

I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

Thank you for a very relaxing full body massage - it was just what I needed!

We were all looked after very well. My sister had a full body aromatherapy which was the best ever. My mother who is 87 years old was tenderly looked after and enjoyed her back, neck and shoulders aromatherapy as did I. The masseuse was very experienced and found all the niggles. It was a wonderful experience for us all, thank you!

Very pleased with the Full Body Massage from Ana, I left the spa feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Would recommend and will be back in the future when we are down in the area again.

I had the most amazing full body recovery massage with Tanya, I would say the best most thorough massage I’ve ever had, with Tanya checking in with me along the way to ensure the pressure was good, it was absolutely spot on. Wish I lived closer!

My husband and I booked a full body massage each during our weekend break at The Haven. The whole process from start to end was fabulous and professional. We left feeling rejuvenated and totally relaxed, the two young masseurs were really lovely and welcoming too - we will be back!
