Claire was so welcoming and lovely..it felt like catching up with an old friend! She immediately put me at ease, explained each step of my treatment thoroughly and was completely comfortable with silence, which I really appreciated. Lovely facial felt relaxed and skin looks lovely. I tried this facial from my usual one which is the anti aging with ice globes. I must admit I prefer the anti aging one it feels a bit more luxurious especially when the globes are used but still enjoyed it to the full. Thank you Claire x
