I had the most relaxing Luxury Spa Combo with Jo. She is so welcoming and kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Before starting, she took the time to ask if I had any concerns. As I struggle with my back, she tailored my massage to focus on the knots in my shoulders, and somehow managed to release them. I genuinely didn’t think they were ever going to go! She also gave me a facial, and my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s a lovely lady, the treatment room is so calming, and she’s so talented!

This was my first visit to You Sanctuary. I enjoyed my relaxing facial treatment and left the salon with glowing skin. Liv and Kim were very pleasant and easy to chat to about my skin concerns. I look forward to returning again.

Had the dermaplane and hydrafacial. The facilities were clean and tidy, both members of staff were very accommodating and very kind. The lady who did my facial Liv was very good she was kind, gentle and really took time to do my facial. The dermaplane was very gentle and was very relaxing, however I noticed hair growth within 2 days. the hydrafacial was good and my skin was glowing after. I would definitely come back again.

Darcy was very thorough with her preparation of my nails before painting. This produced a beautiful immaculate finish. She spent time making sure I was 100% happy with the colour and shape of my nails. She was friendly and efficient and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I left a very happy customer. I would highly recommend her as a nail technician.

I had my makeup done by Natalie for a wedding - Natalie was absolutely lovely & made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. The makeup was incredible, I am extremely fussy and was so happy with how Natalie did my makeup. My makeup also lasted all day & night.
