Fantastic facial today. It was incredible one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Jojo was so welcoming and went through the whole process. The products smelt amazing and I felt so relaxed during the whole treatment. I can’t wait to come back.

I had the most relaxing Luxury Spa Combo with Jo. She is so welcoming and kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Before starting, she took the time to ask if I had any concerns. As I struggle with my back, she tailored my massage to focus on the knots in my shoulders, and somehow managed to release them. I genuinely didn’t think they were ever going to go! She also gave me a facial, and my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s a lovely lady, the treatment room is so calming, and she’s so talented!

Had the dermaplane and hydrafacial. The facilities were clean and tidy, both members of staff were very accommodating and very kind. The lady who did my facial Liv was very good she was kind, gentle and really took time to do my facial. The dermaplane was very gentle and was very relaxing, however I noticed hair growth within 2 days. the hydrafacial was good and my skin was glowing after. I would definitely come back again.

I’ve been having Biotin injections with Charlotte for the past 4 months, and they’ve made a really considerable positive difference to my hair growth. Chloe is always super friendly! She always keeps you informed throughout, no question is a silly question and is very reassuring. Got my old BIAB carefully removed. They cleaned up my nails, shaped them and sorting out my cuticles, then I got a fresh clear BIAB. They took the time to explain how BIAB works and the benefits for strengthening and protecting my natural nails. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, professional, and thorough they were. I had a lovely experience with this nail artist! I asked for a simple nail design with white flowers I showed a picture, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. The flowers were neat, elegant, and exactly what I had in mind. The artist paid great attention to detail, was friendly and professional, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back for my next appointment!
