This was my first time getting sugaring done, and she made the experience so much better than I expected. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Even though I was nervous, she helped put me at ease and made the process not so bad at all. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Being Korean, I have high standards for skincare, and I'll be honest — I've left other clinics feeling underwhelmed. This was a completely different experience. She patiently explained each step, made the exfoliation totally comfortable (no pain at all!), and carried out the whole treatment with impressive skill and professionalism. This was my first experience sugaring, and Kristen was so sweet! Always made sure I was doing well and reassured me that everything was fine and it was normal to feel a little bit of pain and flinching during the first time. She's very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will come back again.

I did eyebrows threading and facial. I am a regular customer and I always like the services. Eyebrow threading was perfect and facial was really good.
