My skin has genuinely never looked better. I’ve been seeing Charlie regularly for acupuncture and have now added microneedling, and the difference has been amazing. When I first started, my skin was very reactive with frequent flare-ups and possible rosacea - it was angry and unsettled. Now it’s calm and balanced. I’ve had so many comments on how clear my skin now looks. Consistency really is key, and Charlie’s knowledge and product recommendations have been spot on. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

It was my first time with Charlie today, straight away I felt at ease, very comfortable, she’s so friendly and reassuring. I was the most relaxed iv been in a long time. My treatment I had was facial acupuncture, I feel it was a suited to me and met my needs with options to move on to in the future. Amazing treatment with the fascia massage, cupping and the cream on the cake of acupuncture. The glute pain I have had for two years is gone at night, I can turn my head fully to check for traffic when driving the car, big bonus, hadn't realised how bad it had got. Charlie provides a rare mix of amazing treatments and although this was only my first, I will be back to try more. Highly recommend.

The 'everything bundle' was fabulous. I love how it was tailored to my needs and incorporates a wide range of techniques: the acupuncture, massage and cupping targeted my very tense shoulders and the facial acupuncture was incredible. Charlie is such a welcoming and calming person and the space is beautiful.

Perfection as always! Charlie fixes and looks at the body holistically and wholly. Start the week unable to bend and in agony with lower back issues. Left pain free and able to move with flow and freedom. Great mix of treatment/tools for each individual need, cupping away all the tension and acupuncture in all the right spots leaving me relaxed and calm. Always an amazing experience.

I have had 3 visits to Richard for Acupuncture. The benefits of this treatment are amazing. I work in a job that's physically demanding and get a lot of trouble with my back, shoulders and wrists. The results so far have eased the pain, making my muscles feel stronger. I find that going for Acupuncture helps to support me with my job. Richard is polite and puts you at ease.
