My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

He is always pleasant and listens attentively to what’s hurting for targeted pain relief. Visited kaye for lymphatic drainage massage. My legs and feet feel so much lighter and less swollen. Whilst I was there, I had a couple of ear seeds positioned for back and hip pain. Within 24hours I noticed a difference, although I had some pain I felt more energised. Amazing. Well worth a try for relief.

A Massage from Sophie at Bone and Body Healing . I've been dealing with a nagging leg pain for a while, and after just one session with Sophie at Bone and Body Healing, the difference is incredible. She was amazing—she really listened to my concerns and focused on the problem area. Sophie managed to work out all the knots and, and I felt a reduction in pain almost immediately. My leg feels so much better and the pain that was bothering me is completely gone. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a skilled and effective massage therapist. I went to see Kaye this time with a hip injury which had been plaguing me for a few months. This time I had the Summer special treatment which was heavenly! From the minute I walked in to walking out I felt the most relaxed as I’d been in a long time! Kaye this time did some lymphatic drainage on me to help with my hip pain. She said that she’d pushed the issue over to the other hip (I think to even out). The next two days I was sore on the opposite hip but the day after, I felt so much better! Whilst I still have a little niggle, it’s much improved! Amazing experience again, thank you Kaye!
