I have been coming to Roland regularly for months. I originally came due to issues with my eczema (specifically topical steroid withdrawal). Since coming my issues have improved drastically as well as my sleep, mood, stress levels and hormonal cycle. I have learnt so much about my health and acupuncture and we always have a wonderful chat. I highly recommend coming for treatment, I didn't realise quite how impactful it would be on my general health and well-being. 10/10!

Perfection! Always have a great time and leave with exactly what I need. I love the bespoke nature of the treatments. I explain how I'm feeling and what areas I want to focus on and I leave energised if I need that or relaxed if I need that. This afternoon was just what I needed, a relaxing and refueling break. The whole massage experience made me feel comfortable and it was personalised to my needs. Laura was lovely to talk to and intuitive with her massage. My lower back feels so much better and she relaxed tightness in my shoulders I didn't realise I had. I love my sessions with Laura! When I first started seeing her, I wanted a regular monthly massage with somebody I could build a comfortable relationship with, who knows my body and tailors the massage to what I need. I got exactly that! I can tell Laura where I'm stiff or uncomfortable and she will work in that area. It's never a bog standard massage. It never feels awkward. I look forward to the sessions and the monthly subscription makes sure I'm making time each month for some wellness.

Full disclosure I am Laura's sister! I went as a massage was recommended by an osteopath, for issues around tight and stiff hips, which were interfering with exercise. Laura listened carefully to how I felt and what I wanted to work on. The massage was great - focused on hip mobility and working out what was tight and where sticking points were. Worked on the side of the body a lot and helped to work through the sticky points and free up the muscles. The room was lovely and relaxing and the massage bed was very cosy! Loved the goody bag at the end - a really nice touch. Would recommend.
