My attendant was very patient and professonal... she seems to have excellent knowledge of her craft. She made me feel my preferences were most important. I didn't see her face well as she wore a mask (understandably), but you could tell by the way she spoke that she was pleasant. I liked the ambiance. I was politely offered something to drink on entry, I asked for it to be delayed as I was not quite ready for it. It would have been good if she bore it in mind and followed up to see if I still wanted it. That however did not detract from the good service overall. Keep up the good work!!

The ambiance is great, sociable yet professional at the same time, the staffs are welcoming. Customers have the option of choosing a cold beverage I give luscious a 9.5/10. Only thing the last time I got a 1 min massage pan mi foot them that led to a nap.. this time around mi never get that maybe because mi reach 5 mins late. But overall the experience improves each time I visit and I Love that for the Spa.

Very pleasant. I had a 4:15 pm appointment for a pedicure, at 4 o'clock i got a call to ensure I was still coming. Got there on time and by 4:20, I was seated and pedicure began. Staff was very professional and polite. Place was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I am satisfied with my pedi.
