Carolyn was incredibly gentle throughout the entire appointment. I was so relaxed and comfortable. I also appreciate that she makes an assessment before applying extensions, which tells me she customizes her sets based on the eye shape. She gave me goodies in my kit and a cold water bottle to-go. How thoughtful! Highly recommend 🩷

Service was very good. The only reason it didn’t earn 5 stars was we had booked an appt with Avy and when we arrived she was busy with another client. Another tech did the service, while it was good and we were satisfied, it wasn’t who we booked the service with. I’m not sure if the schedule was double booked or she took a walk in?? Happy overall but would prefer to have service completed with the tech we booked the appt with.
